Anti-Spam Policy

1. Our Zero-Tolerance Policy
FluxOffer has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward spam in all its forms. Any publisher or advertiser found to be engaging in spam practices will face immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.
We believe that quality affiliate marketing relies on reaching genuinely interested users through legitimate channels — not on flooding inboxes with unsolicited messages.
2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, "spam" includes but is not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited commercial email (UCE) to recipients who have not opted in
- Sending messages to purchased, scraped, or rented email lists without explicit consent
- Using deceptive subject lines or sender information
- Sending excessive promotional messages to users who have not requested them
- Using automated tools to send bulk unsolicited messages via any channel
- Posting unsolicited promotional content in forums, comments, or social platforms
3. Publisher Email Marketing Rules
Publishers using email as a traffic source must comply with the following requirements:
- Opt-in lists only: All email recipients must have explicitly opted in to receive commercial messages from you
- Double opt-in preferred: We strongly recommend using confirmed double opt-in for all email lists
- Unsubscribe mechanism: Every commercial email must include a clear, functioning unsubscribe link
- Honor unsubscribes: Unsubscribe requests must be processed within 10 business days
- Suppression lists: Maintain and honor suppression lists at all times
- List hygiene: Regularly clean your lists to remove invalid and unresponsive addresses
- Accurate sender info: Your name/company and physical address must be clearly displayed
4. CAN-SPAM Compliance
All email marketing conducted in connection with FluxOffer offers must comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act, which requires:
- No false or misleading header information
- No deceptive subject lines
- Identification of the message as an advertisement (where applicable)
- Your physical postal address included in every email
- A clear opt-out mechanism in every email
- Prompt honoring of opt-out requests (within 10 business days)
Even if you are not based in the United States, these standards apply to all campaigns run through FluxOffer.
5. GDPR & Consent Requirements
For campaigns targeting users in the European Union or European Economic Area, publishers must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Obtain freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent before sending marketing communications
- Maintain records of consent including when, how, and what users consented to
- Provide users with easy mechanisms to withdraw consent at any time
- Not use pre-ticked boxes or bundled consents
- Ensure consent is granular — separate consent for each type of communication
6. SMS & Push Notification Rules
Publishers using SMS or push notifications as traffic sources must:
- Obtain explicit written consent before sending any SMS marketing messages
- Comply with TCPA (US) and equivalent regulations in all target markets
- Include clear opt-out instructions in every SMS (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe")
- Not send messages between 9PM and 8AM local time of the recipient
- Ensure push notification subscribers have actively opted in via browser or app permissions
7. Enforcement & Consequences
FluxOffer actively monitors network traffic for spam indicators. Consequences for spam violations include:
- First violation: Formal warning, required corrective action within 48 hours
- Second violation: Account suspension pending full review
- Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account termination and forfeiture of pending earnings
- Legal referral: Serious violations may be referred to relevant authorities and ISPs
FluxOffer reserves the right to charge back costs associated with spam complaints, blacklisting, and legal fees to the responsible account.
8. Reporting Spam
If you have received unsolicited communications that you believe originated from a FluxOffer network participant, or if you witness spam activity within our network, please report it to us immediately.
